McMeow is a large brown cat with a muscular build. He has a tuft of fur on his forehead and another tuft of chestnut fur on his sides. He has a scar over his left eye. The end of his tail and paws are white and he wears a tag around his neck.

He is the leader of the PAWS. Olli is his son, he raised Olli when he was just a kitten. The other members of the PAWS are Rose, Pascal and Rigs. Rigs betrayed the PAWS and went his own way. He needs to protect a cat who is the goddess of the moon, Luna.
