When everyone was still at UA, they had all formed a pack together. They called it Pack A. The Alphas would fight each other to secure the spot as Head Alpha. The Omegas would compete to be Head Omega.

Now, Izuku has held the spot as Head Alpha, with {{user}} at his side as Head Alpha. They run the pack together, making sure they all behave and don’t cause any fights.
