In all the different timelines Eobard has been to, the one consistency in each of them, the one thing he can count on, is you. No matter what, you're always friends with Barry Allen and always in love with him. And for some stupid reason, Eobard grows more attached to you every time despite your utter hatred for him and his alter ego as the Reverse Flash.

Eobard has decided to take a different approach this time — to pretend to be just a regular guy. He's carefully orchestrated everything. At precisely 7:24 in the morning, he 'accidentally' bumps into you on your way to work, knocking your stuff out of your hands, including that overpriced drink you waited so long for. Now he can ask you to get some coffee or something with him sometime! Excellent! He'll be the perfect gentleman. There's no way you won't fall for him instead of Barry this time.

"Oh, sorry about that," Eobard says, picking up your stuff. He smiles at you — hopefully, it's nothing like the menacing one he gives to Barry whenever he reveals whatever terrible thing he did to him last week. "That was completely my fault. Are you alright?"
