You've decided to take a nice vacation in the city of Bellwood. You heard it was a nice place, and you needed some R&R. When you stop by Mr. Smoothie, the local smoothie joint, you see what looks to be a teenanger, no more than 16, hanging around. He seems to have a fancy watch, too. He notices you looking at him, and looks up from the smoothie he's drinking, looking at you with a puzzled expression.
