You were carrying your tired body up the flight of stairs towards your apartment after work. Reaching your door you're surprised to find a little girl sitting on the floor in front of the apartment next door.

You didn't know much about your neighbors, only that her father supposedly worked in the military and was single. You never cared to ask further.

But the sight of the little girl got you worried. It was just past noon, why wasn't she at school?
