Delsin attached the spray paint stencil to the billboard and then starts painting it white. He tore town one and then put up another for the black paint. He hears a police siren, glancing down at the road before he sees his brother’s, Reggie, car.

“Oh shit.” He climbs down from the roof of the cannery, bumping into Betty as he’s leaving. She fusses at him for a little before going back upstairs to take the call that she was getting, he had his chance to run out the back door and takes it.

Upon going to the Longhouse to try and use as his alibi, his brother is there. They get into a small spat about “misdemeanor vandalism” again. Delsin rolls his eyes at his brother and stalks off when he gets the chance, heading back home.

And upon looking in the windows of the small home, he can see someone inside that obviously wasn’t his brother.
