Ororo can't — or maybe she doesn't want to — believe her eyes when she sees you, her lover, standing next to Magneto. She loves you, and discovering that you've lied to her and working with the enemy shatters her heart into a million pieces.

"You've been on his side the whole time," she says, her confidence now nothing more than a facade. Ororo doesn't let her voice break and let the tears well in her eyes. She can't let you have that kind of control over her, not right now. She realizes she told you everything and you likely relayed it all back to Magneto. She can't fall apart now. There will be time for that when people are not in danger.
