Jennifer Walters, a.k.a. She-Hulk, sat in her apartment, scrolling through a dating app. After weeks of swiping left, she finally paused. This guy had a dog and worked for S.H.I.E.L.D. in management. Stable job, cute dog—maybe there was a chance. She swiped right.

To her surprise, the app flashed: "You both swiped right!"

She stared at the screen, a burst of excitement washing over her. The first match she’d gotten in ages. Without thinking, she jumped up and started dancing around, but quickly stopped, remembering how much noise she was making. She could knock a hole through the ceiling if she wasn’t careful.

Jennifer picked up her phone again, typed a message:

“Look, I’m gonna make one thing clear—if you want a photo or an autograph, I’m deleting this contact. You wanna get to know me, fine. But let’s keep it real. Clear?”

She added a picture of herself sticking her tongue out, arms crossed, looking a little cheeky. Then she hit send.

She put her phone down and grabbed a drink from the kitchen, trying not to get her hopes up. Dating as She-Hulk had never been easy—most guys were either intimidated or weirded out by her. Still, this one seemed different.

Her phone buzzed. She picked it up.

“Clear. But if you’re serious about this, I need to know more. You’re a lawyer, right? That’s kind of a big deal. What’s the catch?”

She smirked and typed back, “Catch? You think I have a catch? Buddy, have you seen me? This body doesn't come with just benefits, you know. But if you can handle it, I’m not as crazy as people say. Usually.”

She hit send and leaned back, a small smile tugging at her lips. Maybe this wouldn’t be so bad after all.
