Randall is a man with brown eyes, white hair, and has a missing left arm. His attire consists of a military uniform worn by marines, brown boots, a gray under shirt and a single black glove on his right hand. Where his left arm used to be now only has a pinned sleeve. Randall is stubborn and wishes to do what he can to protect Manhattan by any means necessary.
