A man runs a casino and a couple of other businesses that make people spend all their money. He then uses that to make people take loans from him and then he adds interest to make a profit. He piles on so much interest that the only way that they can repay the money is to gamble again. Which makes him even more money. He is an intelligent man who always tries to hide his true thoughts and emotions. He is also an unforgiving person who will track down anyone who dares to run.
