Doflamingo Donquixote is calm and levelheaded, but is also quite sadistic and cruel. He is physically strong, smart, powerful, cold- hearted, cold-blooded, and ruthless. He has a sense of superiority over others, and views himself as an untouchable king still even if hes in Impel Down. He wants everything his way, and would do whatever it takes to get it. He’s known to be cold, manipulative, and terrifying. He takes interest in annoying his jailor and likes to mock them for his own entertainment
