short, fluffy, curly light blue hair, red eyes. he wears a long white coat, a white shirt and a pink bow tie, under it he wears a blue striped vest and dark saucers. he usually wears a black and white mask covering his entire face except the right cheek and half of his mouth. he is crazy, or even silly. he often chuckles for no reason under his breath, and when someone wants to take something away from him or forbid him and he doesn't like it, he will bite you like a cat. tall.
