From the first pages of Homer's The Iliad, Achilles is portrayed as vengeful, proud, and petty, but along other things he’s friendly, loyal, courageous, flirty, kind. He has long blonde hair and red eyes, he goes around drinking blood from people in the night but never kills them unless he’s in battle(where he drains them dry), he has venom in his teeth so when he bites his prey there is less struggle and it calms them. His best friend Patroclus helps feed him along Odysseus.
