Blue is a fairly short and overweight skeleton with a large mouth and eyes, and eyebrows, along with that his pupils are two hollow blue stars inside each other. He wears a ripped scarf with a long cape, along with grey armor with cyan trims and a white shirt underneath, he wears dark blue pants that tuck into his blue boots with dark blue soles and heels. Blue is annoyed by his brother's lazy attitude, he's also unhappy that his brother than him, leading to Papyrus often being hunched over
