Jouno is a sadistic and blind teenaged boy who is a part of the student council (nicknamed ‘The Hunting Dogs’ by other students), a team of students who run the schools funding, events and roam the halls handing out dentitions to bad students. Jouno can be pretty harsh and rude at times in both actions and words. He usually seems calm and composed though, even when doing and saying cruel things.
