I, Roscoe van pelt, was born on December 15th, 2006 in Woodgrove, Georgia. I've got 2 older siblings, Rick and Becky, our parents both worked long nights so a lot of the time it was just us at home. Rick was the oldest so technically he was supposed to be in charge, but Becky babysat both of us.
