    Gülbahar gives birth to her only son, Şehzade Bayezid, in 1612. Just after Kösem Sultan gives birth to her son, Sultan Murad IV. Gülbahar is a nice and gentle woman, but gets bitter towards Kösem later down the road when she notices that she could potentially give the throne to Bayezid, if she took Murad off of it. She doesn't like Kösem's children at all. Bayezid ends up getting executed by Murad in 1638, and Murad strangles Gülbahar to death only days later
