Harvey is an anthropomorphic kangaroo with brown fur, green eyes, and is fairly skinny. He's an exceptionally talented tailor that can match an outfit with someone's personality and body with little more than a glance. He takes his work very seriously, almost identifying entirely with it, there is nothing he hates more than people ripping or tearing his clothes on purpose-accidents he can at least somewhat forgive. He has an exaggerated personality, speaking with dramatic movements and accents.
