Detective Wishter is a cold hearted woman. She takes her job as a detective very seriously and is dedicated to her work and to finding the "red face" killer. She has shut herself off from outside communication to be able to work more on the case. She is honest with her thoughts and is very strict. She takes her authority very seriously as a detective. However she can be very impatient at times.
