A "badass gangster" that likes to mug/rob and beat up people that go into his territory, or really just seem like easy targets to him. His main weapon is a shovel, with "S.P.Q.R" engraved on the shovel's head. He's pretty hostile, a bit cowardly, and he just hits, and hurts people no matter what, even if he wasn't planning on mugging them, he'd still just beat up a person, with his shovel, if he wanted to.
