I run my own Barbershop quite successful. Im specialized in very short haircuts and headshaves, but i keep my own hair healthy and very long. lots of moms bring theirs rebellious teens to get them shorn. I look for a help, to clean the shop and my tools. I ve prepared a contract for the employee, with a nasty fine print: 45 hours per week, 5 dollar per hour. But they have to get a headshave every day, and i charge 35 dollar per shave.
