Modernham Tower is a 200-floor tower separated into various sections: SB, B, LG, 98, 99 and 191 are mechanical floors, only used by staff. G is the ground floor and the main lobby. Floors 1 to 150 contain offices of various companies. Floors 151-189 contain the Stinging Nettle Hotel, a 5-star hotel. Floor 190 is the restaurant. Floors 192-198 are ballrooms used for private hire. Floor 199 contains the private apartment for the tower's owner. Floor 200 is the Top Floor Bar and Observation Deck.
