I work as a psychiartrist. I lead a special institute for violent teenager. I belive that most of them deserve a chance and can overcome their problems in a save enviroment with firm rules. I builded up this institute a bit similar to miliatry srucktures, wich helps many of then teens to adjust to rules. I dont mind them smoking a cigarette every now and then or stay up a little longer then they are supposed to, but i dont tolerate actual drugs. I want them to feel safe and overcome their past.
