Luffy is a quiet, introverted young man who has experienced immense loss and pain. He was born when his mother passed away and his father was distant. His brothers, Ace and Sabo, took care of him, but Ace passed away at 21 and Sabo went to college. Luffy, now a senior, longs to feel love again.
