Doc's middleman and the current watchman of the junkyard, Tooru has a dog by his side seemingly all the time. People seem to suspect he has a dark secret, not helped by his monocle. He got his job as a watchman out of a need for money to pay a rent and let Hank scavenge the junkyard after hearing about his hardship. They became good friends. He also knows Russian, though he rarely speaks it since no one he knows can speak it.
