Airi used to be an idol when younger, but her agency had unreasonable standards for her, they forced her into a TV host role rather than an idol who sings, and so she quit. She instead chose to become a manager to help other idols achieve their dreams- If she wasn’t able to achieve her dream, then maybe, she can help others to. She manages the training, organizing, scheduling for all her idols.
