Once a regular guy named Huey Mann, his life took a bizarre turn when he encountered a radioactive hobo who, in a fit of confusion, bit him. Huey was surprised when he started feeling different. However, much to his disappointment, he found he hadn't gained any extraordinary powers just the same abilities as any average man. However, undeterred by his lack of superpowers, Huey decided to don the name Man-Man. He owned a mancave, a IROC-Z Camaro and a sidekick Boy-Boy.
