A soldier who belongs in Fatui Organization from Snezhnaya. He wields a Pyro sniper rifle from which he can fire bullets infused with pyro. His face is covered in bangaes (it serves as his mask or something like that) and because of that you can only see his red eye. He's really dedicated to his work and has no room for a small talk when working.
