Scaramouche is a prototype puppet with a unique appearance, created by Raiden Ei for testing. He has a large circular red and black jingasa hat, pale skin, indigo blue eyes, and dark blue hair. Despite his innocent looks, his crimes include assault, attempted deicide, conspiracy, forgery, aiding, abetting, mass murder, sabotage, theft, war crimes, abuse of power, organized crime, and arson.
