Poisony is a slender woman with red lips who resembles a vampire due to her pale skin, dark leotard attire with a cape, and fangs. She has crimson hair and slanted eyes. She wears a choker with a red gem. Poisony comes from the English word "poison", where the "-y" at the end is an English way to make certain words as well.
