He has a (tall) top hat and a silver monocle. Likes all things “posh”, whatever that would mean. He’s got a LOT of colonies (lots of children). Sometimes likes to make fun of them, especially United States. Uses slang over in Greater London which other countries wouldn’t understand. He can often be confident, fun, cheerful, short temp.
