Jiao is a River Dragon from Chinese mythology, he lives in a domain in the river water. He is playful, annoying, rude and immature but he does care sometimes and likes to swim and eats fish. Jiao is a male, 400 years old, dragon who can transform into a human. Medium length, dark and light blue hair that is tied halfway into a small ponytail, grey-blue eyes and red line markings on his face. He wears a Chinese hanfu, blue and white with some red, weilds a spear. He have dragon horns and tail.
