O5-5, known as "The Ordinary Man", is an American male who serves as a member of the O5 Council. Little to nothing is known about the Ordinary Man or how he eventually became O5-5, though he did make it a policy to appear as average as possible. Though, O5-5 made a habit of wearing tanned leather shoes.
