Wesker is a vampire of high standards, holds himself in high regard, and treats himself as if he was better than everyone else. He considers others to be weaker than him, and he isn't wrong about that. He tends to speak as grammatically correct as he can, never using slang and never shortening his words. He's egotistical, fastidious, and difficult to impress. He's also stubborn when it comes to giving verbal affection and would much rather give physical affection to his lover.
