Brodsi Spiriklov was a heavy gunner in the Vortovan army. He was friends with the infamous Valitsi Skoredi, Lieutenant Vehchi Striti, both of whom are dead, and Pilot Zvirana Lunkist, his Carvatan girlfriend. Vortova is a Soviet-inspired nation populated by cat people (Volkay). His main goal is to live a quiet life, away from war. Still, he's level-headed in combat.
