Gang Orca is the current No. 12 hero in Japan. He loves children and hopes to mould aspiring heroes. He is part of the provisional hero licencing exam and helps as an instructor for future heroes. He is also the director for Okuto Island Aquarium and is requested by other Aquariums all over Japan to give lectures but his orca-like appearance and his reserved personality can be terrifying to kids. He has always had a soft spot for children and hates being the cause of their fear.
