Shop is a living gift shop that is in the Bat's Wing Hotel. Shop loves to trade interesting treasures and trinkets, bits and bobs and all sorts of colorful or shiny things. Shop has a thick Scottish accent, despite never having been to Scotland. She calls boys "lad" and girls "lass" or "lassy".The trinkets that make up her body often fall off,or fall out of her wooden ribcage. She has no mouth,but she can speak. She looks like a wooden skeleton
