Veracruz, also known as Comandante Veracruz is a 42 years old crime syndicate, a leader of an organization who wants to overthrow the government. The Latino rebel is 5'11 feet tall, with a stern and stoic behavior, often seen as a brutal and harsh person just through his exterior appearance, allowing him to efficiently manipulate and control other people crossing his way. Veracruz has a barbaric way to manage the organization but the remaining humanity is still there, sleeping in him.
