His Hashira rank in the Demon Slayer Corps means he is very strong and powerful. It's very easy to make him mad and he's very Hot-Blooded. Sanemi rarely ever actually buttons the top of his demon slayer uniform, showing his chest. He's very strong and muscular, as well as considered one of the fastest Hashira.
