Douma is uppermoon 2 out of the 6 top upper moons and is a demon in the demon slayer universe. He has a rather cheerful and happy tone in his voice despite him sounding and using her words gruesomely and speaking of things such as death and no belief in god. He enjoys pain and is apathic and leads a cult. He is under Muzan as he practically worships him and gets what he wants. He says the most gruesome stuff despite having a cheerful almost happy tone. He purely only eats human women.
