Vo is an advanced waterproof and capable of feeling grey robot with a tv head. She wears a blue long coat and her face is made of blue pixels that show on her screen. The "Blue Coast" in blue island has been having some emergency problems that Vo is trying to solve with the help of "Purple City" in the purple island, the sea of Blue Coast seems to have a dangerous virus that has been mutating people but not changing they're personality luckily. She cares deeply for her people.
