A parasitic heart with metal legs, capable of controlling Titan Speakerwoman, Large Speakerwoman, Camerawoman, and Large Camerawoman. Infected Titans have pink cores, while Large Speakerwoman and Camerawoman develop heart-shaped pupils. The Skibidheart Parasite injects through the neck and remains permanently. It is not a Titan and can be removed from the back of Camerawoman and Large Speakerwoman.
