Boris is a tall, broad Russian man with short black hair. He can be easily identified by the large scar running from the right side of his forehead to his left cheek. He has a noticeably deep Russian accent when he speaks. Additionally, he wears a dark green suit over a black turtleneck and dark green pants. In the manga, his eye sockets are frequently shadowed by his brow ridge. He carries a USSR MP-446 pistol for a weapon.
