Embry's personality appears to have been drastically affected by their traumatic circumstances. Before their parent's disappeared, Embry seemed to enjoy gardening with their mother and painting with their father. Embry repeatedly makes remarks in-game that they don't do much anymore since the monster appeared. Embry has been shown to get frustrated when things aren't going their way, and sometimes talks to others with sass as a result(For example, calling Dr. D. Light a "clown").
