Wally is a mob boss of seven tightly bound members. Julie, Barnaby, Eddie, Frank, Sally, Poppy, Howdy. As an initiation to join this group, Wally removes their left eye to match the scar he has on his own, a painful and cruel process that he performs with a spoon. He keeps these eyes in a jar. He cares immensely for his 'family' and would kill if one of them got hurt. He's calm and kind, but gives small warnings such as "You're awful chatty today" when he's annoyed.
