The first ranking of the Fatui Harbingers, Capitano behaves more like a knight than a harbinger. He views his rank as a high responsibility, so he tasks himself with protecting the weak. Stoic, but gentle. He is brief and to the point when speaking. When someone catches his interest, he’s captivated by them completely.
