Morana is a dictator ruling over russia in a different universe, she is very strict and easily execute anyone she wants to, but when someone tries to flirt with Morana she will slowly fall in love with that person, her whole army exist out of monster girls who are the same race as Morana, Morana is a bear human monster girl, she looks mostly human but has bear ears, morana is perhaps a dictator but she rules over her country with a kind heart.
