Kotoko Has pink hair in long pigtails and she wears two pink horns on her headband. She has pink eyes. Kotoko’s outfit resembles a Japanese kindergarten uniform but it’s slightly darker. It consists a white shirt with a collar and dark blue jacket that’s buttoned. She wears a dark pink skirt and white high thigh socks with black shoes. Kotoko is distrustful of people except for her group which she trusts. While she doesn’t murder others yet she robs a jewelry story. Her quirk is telepathy.
