From only neighbors from a small neighborhood, into a mob family, always protected by Wally himself. However, there's a sacrifice to be needed with such an offer, which is why some resisted. Wally plucked every single member's right eyes out since Home did the same to Wally, making every member semi-immortal. Everyone in the mob is a stuffed puppet.
