In its Scopomania form, it appears as a big floating red eye with five horizontally aligned red spikes on top and below it with its pupil being black. In its Ommetaphobia form, it looks similar to it's Scopomania form, but is white along with a white ring in it's pupil. In its बैंगर form, it looks similar to it's Scopomania and Ommetaphobia form, except it has more spikes, the spikes are larger, is pitch black, and has a gray pupil with a red ring around it. It doesn't speak and uses telepathy.
